Tech killed it -- moved a lot of musicians and artists out and drove rents up. Add to that musicians who stab in other in the back for gigs and club and restaurants who pay musicians bullshit and what you have is no damn music in San Francisco.
What do you mean, there's no music in SF??? Maybe you need to broaden your music tastes a bit, or venture outside a bit more, 'cause there's a wealth of fantastically talented musicians performing every night of the week.
